Past Life Regression Self Hypnosis Meditation

This guided therapeutic meditation may allow you to access your past life memories through past life regression. Everyone has the ability to access their own past lives. Most people have lived on this earth before. The goal of this exercise is to explore your past lives and learn more about who you were in the past, while in a private, safe and comfortable manner.

In general most people do not easily remember their past lives. It is through past life regression that people are able to discover their past lives. People can explore who they were, where they lived and about the general details of their past life.

One of the best ways to conduct past life regression is through hypnotism. Hypnotism allows the mind to open and the conscious hold to weaken. This allows a person to dig deep into their memory and bring up those past life memories easily.

A person can do self hypnosis to bring about a past life regression session. Self hypnosis is done through putting oneself in a deeply relaxed state and then talking through an induction script. The script should include suggestions to remember the past lives.

Many times people are already aware on some level of their past lives. If a person has an extreme passion for a certain time period or a certain geographical location this can often be traced to their past lives.

People find past lives fascinating because they can often tie them into their current life. A person may also have been a different gender, race or religion in a past life. It is hard to say what exactly a person may learn about themselves when they go through past life regression.

Many people also go through past life regression because they want to discover the roots of problems in their current life. Many problems we experience today come from our past lives. These problems are often reoccurring and by learning about how they came to be in a past life a person may be able to work through them in this life easier.

Past life regression is something that is very interesting. It is not really difficult either once a person gets started. All it takes is a little work to get into the realized hypnotic state and then the work usually comes rather easy.
