This is ONLY for those who are 100% serious and committed to quitting smoking once and for all, one day at a time. You will NEED to listen to this recording once a day for 21 days in a row even though you may quit smoking on day one. Also you MUST throw away all smoking items, such as lighters, ash strays, and of course cigarettes or this 2 part session will be in vain. I know you can do it, theres no luck about it. Congratulations on your new SMOKE FREE life, Ed.

Sometimes its easy to forget what a wonderful gift life is until its too late. When you are lying on your death bed and you start to think that life was just too short. It only seemed like yesterday that you had your 10th birthday, when you were in school, when you started your first job. It just seems like a fleeting moment in time, gone in the blink of an eye. Then you wish you has just one more year; just think what you could do in that time? You could go and visit a far off place you always wanted to visit but never got around to it. Maybe you could go and look at a beautiful sunset from an airplane? Maybe you want to experience a total eclipse of the sun. Maybe you want to do something much simpler like smell the roses, feel the raindrops on your face, appreciate the beauty of spring. Maybe you want to tell someone you love them, or that you are sorry. Maybe you want to eat some exotic fruit that you have seen time after time but never bothered to taste it. By this time you are beginning to realize that you have wasted between 10 to 20 years of your life through smoking. Whats more, you paid some £100,000 over your lifetime for the privilege of committing suicide. And for what? For a totally pointless exercise?
I know its easy to become wise when we grow older, but why not do something about your addiction while you are still young and stupid? Read the resources below for more information on how to quit smoking, drinking or taking drugs. Act now before its too late!

To stop smoking this begins in the mind, and international hypnotherapist Scott Burke has acknowledged this fact to help you achieve permanent results. With no need for drugs, gums or other forms of “therapeutic NICOTINE” this represents a common sense approach to stopping the habit. With Money Saving Hypnotist we combine video, audio and graphical downloads for you to create a positive, confident and permanent lifestyle change. Why risk adverse drug reactions, why go to a talk group? Do what works best for you! Why choose just mp3, when mp4 is more thorough? This program offers exceptional value for money!

To get this complete program, please visit https://www.createspace.com/204462 . I cannot say why this program I made works, but it does. If You Love Someone Who Smokes iwas made to get a person to quit smoking. Everyday, thousands of people try to quit. Some succeed. Most do not. Statistics show that scary medical videos just don’t work. Neither do “you’re a bad person” videos.
This film shows neither of those things. Instead, it tells the simple and profound story of two friends — NYC media guru Tony Schwartz, and NYC cop Ken McFeeley.
As McFeeley was dying of lung cancer at 46 years old, he decided to work with Schwartz to make this film to help others quit smoking. To date, thousands have quit after hearing McFeeley’s story, and Schwartz became known as “media central” for the anti-smoking cause.
“If You Love Someone Who Smokes” contains no medical details, no special “techniques” and it supports no specific drug solution. But for thousands of smokers, this video gives them the heart and the courage to quit– for the last time. The film does not scare or intimidate you. But once having seen it, you can never forget it.

FDA is requiring that two drugs used to help people stop smoking carry new warnings about the risk of serious neuropsychiatric effects. The drugs are Chantix (varenicline) and Zyban (bupropion). The same warnings will be required for other bupropion products such as Wellbutrin, which are used to treat depression and seasonal affective disorder.
FDA’s analysis of adverse event reports shows that when neuropsychiatric symptoms occur, they usually develop during drug treatment, but symptoms can also develop after the drug is stopped. Some patients on these drugs who had no history of psychiatric illness experienced suicidal ideation and behavior for the first time. The drugs have also been associated with a worsening of symptoms in patients with pre-existing psychiatric disorders.
Healthcare professionals should advise patients to stop taking Chantix or Zyban and contact a healthcare provider immediately if they experience agitation, hostility, depressed mood, atypical changes in thinking or behavior, suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior. If the drugs are stopped because of neuropsychiatric symptoms, patients should be monitored until the symptoms resolve.
Family members and caregivers also have an important role. They should watch for changes in mood or behavior in the person taking the drug, and contact the healthcare provider if they notice those changes. But it is also important for patients and caregivers to realize that nicotine withdrawal itself can cause behavioral changes, even in people who are not taking these drugs.
It’s important to remember that Chantix and Zyban can be effective in helping people to stop smoking, which can have significant health benefits. So these benefits have to be weighed against the small but potentially serious risk of neuropsychiatric effects from the drugs.

I (Heather) first came to see Shokat a year ago now to give up smoking (cigarettes) and at that time I was smoking 20 cigarettes a day and I had been smoking 20 cigarettes a day for about 30 years.
I only ever managed to give up (smoking cigarettes) for a short time on my own and I had – during that time – eaten morning, noon and night,so I was quite scared of given up smoking because of the idea that I would put on so much weight. So I really asked Shokat to take care of that and I came here full of hope to give up smoking (cigarettes) with my friend (Zandra) who was basically wanting to lose weight and – from the day I left here – I had the urge to have a cigarette, but it was empty … and it was very easy to say no … and – after three days – that disappeared … and – after a week – I didn?t have a cough and I never had a cough since.
I feel much better. I did put on a few pounds for a little while and I lost them again and my life is just immeasurably better as a result and I’m very grateful for it thank you.
After I came, I (felt) kind of inspired because I was a fairly entrenched smoker and they (my family) did not think I would give up…I inspired the next member of my family and the next member of my family until now, I think (silently counting)…six members of my family and friends have given up (smoking cigarettes and cannabis) here and I actually I bought the last of my friend (Nicola) here today – that smokes (cigarettes) – and I think I will be completely surrounded by non-smokers after today.
Shokat: Good. Alright, how did your friend (Zandra) – who came with you a year ago – how did she do with the weightloss?
Oh, she lost over three stone and she is like a different person, it’s bought out a real confidence in her.
Some people say that Hypnotherapy does not work.
The only people who seem to report back to their GPs are the ones that fail with hypnotherapy and want free help on the NHS. So after a little while when someone asks their GP if they should try hypnotherapy they are told to save their money and try the NHS instead. There is an ulterior motive as well; they get handouts from the PCT for every person that is sent to the NHS clinics. The chemists get £90 and the councillor/GP gets £45 yes its a pretty rotten world we live in.
People who have successfully quit smoking with hypnotherapy but revert back to smoking many years down the line think that it should be just as easy to quit smoking with the NHS. However, they end up tearing their hair out but they cannot quit. The difference between quitting smoking with hypnotherapy and with the NHS is like the difference between the new HD 1049P-TV and the old 405 line Black and White TVs of yesteryear I mean there just is no comparison. So once someone has realised how it feels to quit with hypnotherapy then nothing else comes close to it, not NRT, Zyban, Champix, Laser or Bioresonance. Also, when someone has used our combined system nothing, not even simple hypnosis comes near it – its so eeesy to quit with our system.
People are under the illusion that hypnosis is hypnosis so why pay more when you can get someone to help you quit for just £50. If you are lucky you may quit smoking but may end up putting on weight or feeling depressed or both (less likely with hypnosis but still possible). If you are unlucky then you may fail dramatically and end up tell everyone that hypnotherapy doesn’t work. Hypnotherapy works like a dream if you do it right, so I suggest you go to a specialist and pay a decent amount of money to quit smoking. A specialist can also make sure that you don’t end up putting on weight or feeling depressed. The simple truth is that you get what you pay for and there are no free lunches in this world. So if you are spending £1,500 a year on smoking then £300 (payable by instalments) to quit smoking with a specialist who will look after you for a year is no big deal. This will allow your habit to finance the programme in eight weeks and then you can save £150 per month for the rest of your life. As no one fails with our help this is not a cost be a benefit that you cannot measure with money.
