<description>Hi there, Pure and simple you were resisting the suggestion to go to any level of Hypnosis for any length of time. People will resist subconsciously even though consciously they want to do it because there is a degree of fear associated with the process. That fear might come from the environment you were in or a number of reasons. The biggest reason people resist is because they fear loosing control or not being able to return to a so called normal state. It is critical to be comfortable with the process and understand that Hypnosis is a 100%consent state of mind and you will be in complete control of your actions. It is the Hypnotist job to instill this confidence in the subject.

What happened was you did enter a very light state of Hypnosis and yes you brought yourself right back because you wanted to, Probably just not comfortable, as I said it is the Hypnotist&#039;s job to instill the confidence level and people have different levels of confidence. This is proof that you are in complete control of the process. You were able to bring yourself right back.

Actually it did work out, you went under and came right back. You would probably be a good subject under different circumstances. Those might be a one on one environment with a Certified Hypnosis Therapist such as myself. Stage hypnosis may not be for you.

Hypnosis is a wonderful way to create positive changes in your life.

Sincerely,

Jay
