For all practical purposes, would this be considered a “real” experience?

So I’m going to a hypnosis appointment today, it’s my first one and I’m worried somethings gonna happen.
My friend who recommended it to me and a few other friends said “I heard a women talking and then fell asleep, then the next day my hazel iris had turned dark blue!”
Two of my other friends have already gone, one said the same thing as him, but the other said it felt like he had to live through his entire life again and thought he was gonna die.
I think he was just trying to scare me, but could you just tell me if you think i should still go to it or cancel??????

i went to a stage hypnosis show today and i was called up to the stage and it wasnt working for me i remembered everything the man whispered in my ear to go along with it because he saw i wasnt falling out of it. do people really not remember doing this and how does it happen? what do you have to do to actually be hypnotized on stage and do these funny stunts?

I have a good friend who has been a mental health therapist for 25 years. I have a piano recital at 3:00 today and she offered to do a hypnosis therapy session with me at 1:00. Does anyone do hypnosis therapy or had it done to them? She swears it will rid me of my nerves and I will be able to relax for my recital.
